Beginning before dawn, as the Earth awakens, we often see wildlife. I’m often in awe of the spirit animals called forward to greet my guests.

  • Bighorn Sheep

    Bighorn Sheep

The Bighorn Sheep come forth as a symbol of adaptability and strength; they often appear when one is being called to leadership and asked to lead in new and different ways. They can live in harsh conditions and yet thrive.

  • Great Horned Owl

    Great Horned Owl

The Great Horned Owl reminds you to bring forth your inner wisdom. The owl calls upon all its senses to guide it, first and foremost, its intuition to lead it through darkness. Pay attention to what you don't see, hear, or perceive. Sit with all you are sensing, and clarity will come.

  • Hummingbird

    Hummingbird

With all you desire, what you need is right before you. The hummingbird drinks from many flowers, but the most essential flower is the flower before it. Relax your need to look elsewhere and be present in the moment.

  • Raven

The raven soars with prophecy and insight, representing transformation and intelligence. Magic is about to unfold when they appear, allowing you to become one with your intentions and will. Raven predicts pending change, but with it will come deep healing, reflection, renewal, and rebirth.

  • Rabbit

You may feel safe in your retreat, but the Rabbit reminds us the magic and bounty of life is when you break free, become vulnerable, and take risks. Enjoy Rabbit's abundant energy and curiosity.

  • Coyote

When life takes an unexpected turn, Coyote appears to help you learn the lessons you've not yet discovered. Look at your situation with amusement to laugh at the unexpected turn and go within to find the lesson you are meant to learn.

  • Coopers Hawk

Hawk soars high above the land, never losing sight of the big picture, yet able to see the small details. When Hawk appears, pay attention to small details, particularly synchronicities from spirit — the meaningful coincidences. Hawk is a sign to listen.
